Resuttano is a little ancient village which is well known for its Arab Castle.
The village of Resuttano has ancient origin testifying by the ruins of the Arab castle located near the old town centre. In the 14th century, the Ventimiglia family bought the feudal town and ruled the village until the 1627 when the town was acquired by the Baron of Resuttano.
The most important monuments of the village are the Castle built in the Norman period on the ruins of the ancient Arab castle and the charming Mother Church, built in the 18th century with a Rococò style. The church has three naves and includes impressive works of art made by some of the most important artists of the village.
