The Al Casale is at your disposal to discover the traditional dishes with typical local cuisine rich in memory and the taste of its territory, prepared using organic products.  Among the specialties of the local gastronomic tradition, we’ll make our guests enjoy the fresh home-made pasta, such as:  Cavatieddi, ricotta ravioli served with pork stew, vegetable soups to be served with croutons, scacce Ragusane baked in a stone oven, arancini.

We produce cheeses and jam all made ​​with our first fruits, and the main meat dishes come from our farms.  The family management ensures a warm and welcoming service, quality and on time.
