The Buffalo Mozzarella can be eaten alone, as to taste its sweet taste with that bit of light acidity; or accompanied by an excellent salad with “cherry tomatoes” just picked and flavoured only by fragrant basil, or fried in a crispy batter. We also put Buffalo Mozzarella on the pizza and we assure you that, once tasted, you will wonder why you ate the others!
In our country you cannot miss out on eating the sausages and meat. Prosciutto and salami come from the processing of pigs of our breeding.
And then the buffalo meat, presented in an excellent and delicate stew, or in a mixed grill.
Even the dessert is signed Magazzè: Sweet cannoli with buffalo ricotta, or “blancmange”, a very light milk pudding with aromas.
