Our farm is based on tradition and creativity, typical grandmother’s recipes are interspersed with modern dishes and you will be able to choose from two menus, according to your tastes and your dietary requirements: The classic farmhouse menu and the A’ la carte menu.
The classic farmhouse menu offers various dishes and offers you about 13 appetiser tastings, 3/1, a triptych of meat grilled with vegetables, fruit, dessert, all washed down with water and ‘Nanna vino’, a wine matured in centenarian casks which gives the taste and the traditional colour of Marsala, very appreciated by the most sophisticated palates.
The A’ la carte menu offers dishes of the Sicilian tradition and particularly the traditional cuisine of Trapani. The meat is a favourite, fish, which, however, you will be able to enjoy on-demand or for banqueting.
Once a week you’ll be offered a sophisticated seafood menu, where you can sample the ‘cuscus incocciato’ (cous-cous shelled during cooking) by hand according to the Trapani tradition.
The restaurant seats 200 people in two rooms, one outside and one inside.
The interior room is the old cellar, made on the original water tank, an extremely charming and unique location.
