Angelino was born in 1960 in the central Via delle Arti, in the heart of the historical centre of Trapani, specialising in the activity of dinner and the production of food.  The evolution of Angelino soon met with great success, so much so that the company introduced new specialties like arancini with seafood, cassata ricotta lemon for its pastries and many other delicacies.  Today the Angelino restaurant has become a symbol for the city of Trapani, not only many ‘Trapanesi’ but also many tourists, thanks to its location which is close to the port.  The merit was for making known the specialties of the local gastronomy even outside the territory.
