In 1991 began the adventure of Patrizia Di Benedetto in the kitchens of Bye Bye Blues. The result is surprising: the restaurant became, in a short time, a point of reference in Palermo for the most demanding palates.
The fame of the restaurant ran quickly through the Strait of Messina, and the restaurant is appreciated both in Italy and abroad. Patrizia is thus able to create a new type of distinctly Mediterranean cuisine, where the flavours of the delicious Sicilian raw materials are available in a more modern way.
Under the guidance of Patrizia, Bye Bye Blues has become the first restaurant in Palermo according to the restaurant guides “L’Espresso” and “Gambero Rosso” to receive the Michelin star in the city of Palermo and the only female chef in Sicily to have won this prestigious award.
