“You get what’s available” This is our culinary philosophy, born from the will to use exclusively local and seasonal products.

Day after day, we seek out only  natural products from both land and sea; we avoid farmed fish and meats that don’t come from Favignana.
Our main rule is: “What we do not like does not enter our kitchen” and our customers are welcome to visit the kitchen and see the food before it’s prepared.
