Ciciulena is a journey through the flavours of traditional Sicilian cuisine, reinterpreted and presented food with a contemporary style.

The mission is to take advantage of the seasonal nature of the natural ingredients and the widespread use of aromas, enhancing the local products to revive the ancient flavours of the food heritage, the result of many conquerors who left an indelible mark on the cultural history of the Island.  It is inspired by a continuous gastronomic research where nature and culture come together in an indissoluble union: a riot of colours, smells and tastes that tickles the senses offering pleasure for the palate.
