Since 1996 the Quore Matto restuarant has been following continuous research on Sicilian cuisine revisiting it with imagination and refinement. And arises some of our specialties; from seafood appetisers to cold meats and cheeses, thus enhancing local products, and ending with the Montalbano Mousse.
The strength of our kitchen is fresh fish. Every day you can find a different dish, depending on the catch of the day. The pizzeria also follows the line of the restaurant, since you can enjoy typical Sicilian pizzas cooked in a wood oven and prepared with genuine ingredients, like cherry tomatoes, cottage cheese Iblea, Ragusa DOP and Mediterranean flavours.
