At the helm of La Conchiglia are Chef Pino Pinna and his inseparable wife Marianna Rodo, with their three decades of experience in catering. We started our restaurant business with the intention of promoting the quality of local products, and after thirty years, we continue to use only organic ingredients sourced on the island. In fact, we are strongly convinced that a good dish cannot exist without good products. We have always followed this principle and the enthusiastic response we get from our patrons tells us we are right.
Our customers’ needs are especially important to us and that is why, besides welcoming them in our restaurant, we also offer cosy accommodation to those who want to spend some time in one of our rooms.
