Obicà Mozzarella Bar is an Italian restaurant project that places the Mozzarella di Bufala Campana DOP at the centre of its gastronomic proposal together in search of handicrafts typical of the Italian tradition, characterised by very high quality, prepared “on demand” and formally presented in an inspiration of the tradition of sushi bars in a stylish and contemporary setting.

The guiding principles for the creation and constant renewal of the menu, are the freshness and authenticity of the products, the ritual of the presentation and a quick and competent service, designed to meet the power requirements and to promote contemporary tasting traditional foods of extraordinary quality.
