At the end of 2008 Carlo Campanella who was part of a family affected by the historic migration in the years 50/60 towards Germany, had realised that his place of origin was presented with passion and modernity and to be able to seize the opportunity, the dream of many.
With such a bold belief, he returned to his beloved Sicily where, in Enna, began working as a restauranteur, always available and attentive to the changing needs of the customer.
He worked tirelessly away from his wife and 6 children he showed entrepreneurial skills that allowed him to reach ever-increasing results. Basically he has created work for themselves and for others.
Well, there is proudness to be had of his success, especially the values of messages that has been launched by example, and that’s why his countrymen have loved and appreciated.
Today the restaurant “Da Carlo” is run by his wife and children with care and passion dedicated to a genuine cuisine while respecting local culinary tradition.
