We have chosen to propose a short menu to ensure quality and freshness of the product, and it varies continuously according to the offer of the market and the seasons.
The fish, all of the day, is typical of our seas, the “humble” and tasty sardine proposals to “baccafico” and pasta alla Palermo, fillet of red tuna accompanied by onion caramelised with Marsala, fresh prawns served on a bed of chickpea and rosemary, the calamari “murati”, in season, the spaghetti with tasty sea urchins.
The winery offers mainly local wines and vines, giving preference to organic wines of Sicilian wineries of excellence.
Finally, tasty and delicate desserts all made “in house”: Jelly Malvasia with ristretto di Syrah, the ricotta mousse with orange and cinnamon fragrance, the Bavarian pistachio.
