The bread
They knead their bread only with sourdough and only with flours from native grains.
With the Timilia flour we prepare whole grain bread that accompanies the oil tasting. With the Russello flour, they prepare the bread basket that accompanies the meals, where you will find a small baguette, carta da musica with pistachio and turmeric, an olive bread with sesame and carob honey, and a bread made with tomato and onion.
