Gianni Corona and his family have always had a passion for the traditional fish based recipes of Sicily.
He developed his art at home, working with his dad Orazio, mum Rosetta and his brother Joseph. The family restaurant soon became a landmark for the city.
In February of 2015 Gianni opened his new Trattoria Corona in Palermo, together with his wife Angela and sons Orazio and Alessandro, continuing his quest for quality products, always strictly respecting tradition.
Objective: to ensure that each customer gets the best fish and enjoys the pleasures of the table.
