They have recently decided to focus more on Slow Food products.
They have carefully selected products from our territory: saffron and black pepper scented Piacentino ennese cheese, Cinisara beef, Nebrodi black pig, honey from Sicilian black bees, Baucina organic almonds. They love these healthy and good products that fully embody the scents and flavours of our beautiful land.
Along the same line, the sourdough based pizzas will feature Biancolilla hard wheat organic flour from St. Cataldo, the Vastedda of Belice sheep has replaced mozzarella and they have decided to use Tumminia wheat four for the other types of dough. They have also chosen to add a line of organic products such as hemp, the sparacelli palermitani, Caciocavallo of Cinisara, among others.
Many ingredients change throughout the year: we believe it is important to follow the rhythms of nature and its seasons.
