The structure, made by Baron The Nova-Special in 1600, is located within the urban area of ​​Nicosia, in the heart of central Sicily, surrounded by the nature reserve of Mount Campanito-Sambughetti, the nature reserve Monte Altesina, the park of Madonie and the Nebrodi mountains, offering the opportunity to discover one of the most beautiful and unspoiled areas on the island.

Baglio San Pietro revived the ancient art of restoration: a selection of the oldest local foods offered in their natural context of production, combining ancient wisdom and modernity.

Our dishes are inspired by local tradition and are revisited by the staff of the chef Hermes Picone using only local and seasonal products at zero kilometers.

The Baglio San Pietro does not use food colouring, preservatives, synthetic products or industrial production, or frozen food but only products found within zero kilometers, with the aim of enhancing the work and the quality of farming products and local farmers.

Our menu is changed seasonally, following the natural course of local agricultural products, to offer our customers a unique dining experience, focused on the search for taste.
