The Hotel Piro is located in the heart of Torrenova, a small Sicilian town overlooking the Tyrrhenian Sea opposite the Aeolian Islands and at the foot of the Parco dei Nebrodi. The Hotel is open all year round and is only a few hundred metres from the sea, making it the ideal place for your holiday. Thanks to the great location of our hotel you can easily reach the beautiful tourist areas in the immediate vicinity: Capo d’Orlando, Cefalu, Taormina and San Marco D’Alunzio.
Our structure can become the natural starting point for your excursions in the Nebrodi Park, or for day trips in the beautiful Aeolian Islands (a Unesco World Heritage Site).
We are about 4 km from the port of Sant’Agata di Militello and 10 km from the port of Capo D’orlando (from where ships depart and hydrofoils depart daily to the Aeolian Islands). Hotel Piro is located exactly halfway between Palermo and Messina and is an ideal place from which to visit tourist towns like Monreale, Castelbuono, Taormina, Giardini Naxos as well as Mount Etna (for which we can arrange guided tours).
The Piro’s 30 rooms are furnished in classic rustic style with quality furniture. All rooms have air conditioning, private bathroom, WIFI, telephone and TV. From the terrace you can see the Aeolian Islands and enjoy a fantastic view.
