Calamosche is a small and astonishing paradise, known by locals as Funni Musca. This cove is located between the beautiful Natural Reserve of Vendicari and the historic village of Noto. To reach this beautiful beach it is necessary to walk almost for 1 kilometre across a natural and wild route and the beach offers a unique experience, allowing you to plunge into a crystalline and pristine blue water.

Additionally the sea is generally calm, thanks to the rocks that framed this bay, conferring an exotic look to the beach. The access to the bay is always closed off to any kind of boats. Due to this amazing characteristics the Guida Blu of Lega Ambiente awarded this beach as the Most Beautiful Beach of Italy in 2005.
