Torre Salsa Nature Reserve includes a wonderful bay covered by lush vegetation and rocks 

The Torre Salsa Nature Reserve occupies an area of about 761,62 hectares and it is part of the Province of Agrigento. It has an uncontaminated coastline of gypsum and marble cliffs, extended between the villages of Siculiana Marina and Heraclea Minoa. The bay is covered by lush vegetation and rocks, and thanks to this pure environment the sea is a pristine blue with prominent marine flora and fauna. The Torre, an ancient watch tower, rises in the middle of this wild oasis located on the top of a clay promontory.
