Baglio San Pietro revived the ancient art of restoration: a selection of the oldest local foods offered in their natural context of production, combining modern and ancient wisdom.

A journey to discover the ancient culinary tradition of the heart of Sicily.

Our dishes are inspired by local tradition and are revisited by the staff of the chef Hermes Picone using only local and seasonal products at zero kilometres.

The Baglio San Pietro does not use food colouring, preservatives, synthetic products or industrial production or frozen food, its aim to enhance the work and the quality of farming products and local farmers.

Our menu is changed seasonally, following the natural course of local agricultural products, to offer our customers a unique dining experience, focused on the search for taste.
