Brother and sister Giovanni and Valentina Dara Guccione run the farm and share the different tasks between them. Giovanni graduated with a degree in agronomy and a PhD in economics and the politics of agriculture and also has a Masters degree in agriculture and food marketing. He deals with the production, transformation and packaging of the Extra Virgin Olive Oil. He also manages the general quality control of the farm. Valentina graduated in philosophy and looks after the management and marketing of the farm. Together they want to make a dream came true: to produce quality products and to promote Alia and its territory.
On the farm, which has belonged to the family for many generations, they have recently restored three residences originally used to sustain the agricultural activity. The houses have kept the original architectural structure while elements of comfort and design were introduced. Each apartment boasts a fully equipped bathroom and living area with fireplace. The surrounding environment is fresh and immersed in a green forest of pines, holm oaks, English oak, and hazel trees.
