A few steps from the Church of St. Joseph in Piazza Pola and by the magnificence of the Cathedral of St. George is the Ristorante Il Barocco: Twenty-year tradition of flavours of our cuisine of Ragusa. The restaurant offers typical recipes of the culinary tradition of Iblea, in their most authentic version. It brings to the table the old flavours, which highest expression is in the preparation of fresh pasta and simple dishes, reminiscent of the genuineness of family feasts on holidays.
Tradition and Authenticity, are the key words of the Restaurant Menu “Il Barocco”; each ingredient of the proposed dishes is the result of a careful selection of the resources of the Ibleo and still the Sicilian territory.
The Restaurant “Il Barocco” has a wine cellar with over 200 exclusively Sicilian labels ranging from Ibleo territory to the west, passing through Etna and the smaller islands, including red, white and sparkling wines.
