We believe that constant research is essential when it comes to the art of catering.

We come from a family of fishermen and while our cuisine is innovative, we keep an eye on tradition and we never forget our Mediterranean origins.

Giovanna, owner and Chef, brings to her kitchen the experience acquired watching her mother, while Giuseppe is in charge of getting the best and freshest catch of the  day from the local anglers and of managing the staff.

Thanks to research, passion and love for this job, the Cavalluccio Marino is today one of the most famous restaurants on the island of Lampedusa.
