In 1992, In the countryside, but a few kilometres from the Deaf district, in Modica, the restaurant Santa Rosalia was born.

The restaurant includes among other things, a set menu with a series of appetisers: Tomato breaded ” arancini di Montalbano”, fresh ricotta, local cheese, caponata with almonds, garlic bread etc; the first two with fresh egg pasta, using various traditional and seasonal recipes; three assorted second courses, from pork to beef, chicken and rabbit, cooked with traditional methods of ancient Sicilian recipes handed down; a dessert, mineral water and house wine included.
