Signum Restaurant is part of Signum hotel. A covered terrace with views of Stromboli and Panarea and a winter garden veranda make up our dining rooms. The bar on the terrace welcomes guests before and after dinner. It’s a stylish restaurant, designed in local fashion, where you will find a passionate and caring service.
The cuisine of master chef Michele and his daughter Martina Caruso comprises Mediterranean dishes that look to tradition without neglecting innovation. Selected, seasonal ingredients are the inspiration to simple yet tasty dishes.
The cellar contains carefully selected bottles, which come from every corner of Italy, but also from many other European regions. Special attention is given to small producers that make natural and biodynamic wines.
The restaurant is open during the same period as the hotel and accepts bookings from external guests too.
